Damaged Product Exception
Refunds or replacements will be considered only in case of damaged products received by the customer.
Conditions for Damage Claims
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

An unboxing video is mandatory as proof (from sealed package to product opening)

Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging must be shared
