We follow a strict no return, no refund policy on all products.

Damaged Product Exception

Refunds or replacements will be considered only in case of damaged products received by the customer.

Conditions for Damage Claims

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • The product must be physically damaged at the time of delivery

  • The customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • An unboxing video is mandatory as proof (from sealed package to product opening)

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging must be shared

Not Eligible for Refund/Return

Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Size or fitting issues

  • Color difference due to screen resolution

  • Delay in delivery due to courier/logistics

  • Minor thread issues or finishing variations (handmade/textile nature)

  • If unboxing video is not provided

Refund Process (If Approved)

If your claim is approved:

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days
